On this website, I'm going to talk about my experience as an Erasmus student (international student) but also about the different countries I have travelled in. I decided to start this to share my experiences with you all, and so I hope you'll find what you are looking for! As you'll see in the next paragraph, I have moved around quite a lot, may it be in France or abroad, for holidays with family or friends, or on my own. So whether you are looking for information about a place you want to go to, or are wondering if Ireland would be the right choice for your studies, or even if you are just looking for general tips on travelling, you are in the right place!
After I graduated high school with a diploma in literature, I had absolutely no idea what to do next and I was feeling lost and under a lot of pressure. So I took a gap year and travelled around the British Isles for 6 months, on my own. It was the best months of my live and today I certainly don't regret anything! When I went back to France, I left my region Rhône-Alpes for another one, Brittany, and stayed there for 2 years, studying English literature and history. And now I'm doing my final year of undergraduate studies as an Erasmus student in Galway, Ireland.
If you are already travelling –first of all, you can be proud of yourself- I hope you'll find here some tips and ideas to make this wonderful experience you're living even better!
If you are planning a trip or thinking about it –it doesn't matter if it's for work, studies or just leisure- well you should do it! It will change the way you see the world and you will learn more about who you are. You know what they say: "one never comes back from a trip, because the one who does come back will never be the same again". So what are you waiting for?
